Dear colleagues: I need to translate the phrase "DEFENSORIA DE DERECHOS HUMANOS" in the following context:
el Programa es el encargado de estrechar vínculos con los organismos internacionales, mediante la elaboración de propuestas para la presentación de documentos, informes y solicitudes ante los organismos internacionales, propiciando la activa participación del MPD, tanto a nivel regional como universal, constituyéndose como una Defensoría de los Derechos Humanos.
