Ubaldo, si vas a usar la palabra título, sería conveniente que dijeras \"título de propiedad\" y no \"título\" solamente. Otras alternativas son: escritura de traspaso, escritura traslativa de dominio y, en el caso de un verbo, traspasar por escritura.
