As promised , please find hereafter the documentation we would need to open an account for an insurance in Chile:

-the application form duly filled in and signed :
-Certified Copy of Articles / Memorandum / Trust Deed
-Certified Copy of valid ID Documents of the Company's "Legal Repesentatives"
-Certified Copy of Latest Minutes of Board Meeting electing Directors (and their binding powers)
-Original Letter of Representation
-Certified Copy of the List of Authorized Signatures (powers & specimens) -Full Identification of the Economic Beneficiaries

As Chile is non FATF countrry , we need to receive the original documents to open the accounts.
