He appears to be rather fearful regarding sexual matters.

"Fear to" sexuality is incorrect; it would have to be "fear of" sexuality.

"Sexuality" would generally be used in English only if the matter at issue were the patient's sexual orientation (i.e., his perception of self as straight, gay, or bi) or gender identity (i.e., if he sees himself as a "woman trapped inside a man's body").

If neither of these matters are at issue, then something like "sexual matters" or "anything to do with sex" would accurately convey the idea.

Suerte.

agree Jairo Payan : Diste en el punto, tienes toda razón respecto a la sexualidad, en español es como no saber a qué bando se pertenece, nada más.

Gracias, Jairo. Me parece una distincion fundamental. :)
neutral jack_speak : I definately agree with you that "fear to" is incorrect. However, I disagree that sexuality is limited to gender identity. It is far more than that, I believe.

I said that its use in [American] English was generally limited to gender identity or sexual orientation. If you look at the way the word is used in English when referring to an individual person, I think that you will find this to be the case.
agree liz askew : Yes, I think it is in the sense of "somewhat fearful"..

Sorry I forgot to add the 'manifiesta' bit! Shows / demonstrates as mentioned by my colleagues. I think both would do the job.
