It's part of the order of the court.
AllegroTrans Dec 1, 2016:
Context please Who is saying this? i.e. is is it part of a judgment/order of the court or part of a pleading?
Andrea Diaz (asker) Dec 1, 2016:

I would like to hear some ideas about this phrase, and the rest is just for context. I believe I entered the wrong language pair.

the settlement shall be pursued as an executory and ancillary action for judgment (of divorce)

settlement is the standard term used in divorce proceedings when to reaching a "settlement" or marriage settlement agreement / divorce agreement. If the Liquidación is in reference to (community) property, then "liquidation" (of company, property, etc.) would be more appropriate than "settlement"

I think this is saying that the divorce petition is properly founded and that the Court is ready to deal with the ancillary matters and grant of the decree
