Okay, this is the translation of a menu, and as you all know these translations are sometimes very "tricky", so any help in this question will be welcome as "Salad of the Spoanish Kitchen Garden" sounds a bit strange.

I doubt very much if they are referring to a garden here, but rather to the huerta as it is used in Valencia, for example, meaning the region where vegetable produce is grown. If you tell me it's garden, I would expect it to come from the restaurant's own garden, which it no doubt doesn't.
