La vasculitis de Schönlein-Henoch es un síndrome multisistémico ocasionado por el depósito de IgA en las paredes de pequeños vasos sanguíneos. Es la vasculitis más frecuente en la infancia. En menores de 16 años cursa generalmente de forma benigna y auto-resolutiva.

: I think both are OK. I've heard 'self-limited', but a search for [disease+self-limiting] vs. [disease+self-limited] gives almost equal hits. It may depend on the context.
