This is the title of a clause in a Reseller Agreement between a leading washing machine manufacturer and a reseller agent in Spain.
The paragraph directly under this title reads as follows:
Queda prohibido al Agente ejercer actividades, tanto en nombre propio como ajeno, relacionadas con bienes que sean de igual o análoga naturaleza a los comercializados por la División de Lavandería Industrial de la Empresa y que, por tanto, pudieran competir con ella en el mercado.
Would it be Competition Prohibition, Exclusion?? I'm not really getting many hits for this that relate to my context, hence the question.
