: In my humble opinion, we could even resolve it with a The, as in The Office of the...etc. I agree, sole is not used in English like that...

If the district of ABC is a small one, then it might be covered by a single-numbered DA Office, rather than a Fiscalía primera, segunda, tercera etc. *District* Attorney's Office and, by notarial, DPP and judiical convention in most Lat. Am. countries, numbered outwards from the town or city centre /center.
