I don't understand the whole "atacar" thing. It comes up in other places in the document as well - between other components and I just don't understand it. Here is the whole sentence.

It looks as a "poetic" license by the technical writer. In fact what is implicit is the that the signal from the MOSFET H-bridge goes to a high-frequency step-up transformer and the coils
Example sentence:
The new IGBT modules will be connected to form an H-Bridge. A step-up transformer and a rectifier bank will be connected to the output of the H-Bridge.
