We think of innovation as a means of differentiating ourselves in the market
The Spanish here seems very sloppy, and I think that the only way you will produce an idiomatic and grammatical sentence is to paraphrase the underlying idea, rather than attempting any kind of verbatim translation.

Course, trajectory
In my opinion, marketing wise I would say: "Our products trajectory and identity depict a differentiated innovation that sets the path within the market." That is to get as much of the market as possible. However and like Robert said, you are to drive your message clearly for customers to absorb, not just translate ad verbatim. Properly and correctly speaking, I just gave you the view of a marketer.
