In that case, you don't need to rhyme. The meaning would be clearer without. It would only really be needed if it were to be published as an English song, and then, it would need to be rhymed throughout

Carol, I don't necessary need it to rhyme, because it is a song from a Venezuelan singer who wants her non-Spanish speaking American producer to understand it; however, rhyme would be a nice extra.
