Lo que pasa es que el acta fue redactada en el año 1983 y fue rectificada en el año 2006 y no es que la contrayente AHORA tiene XX años, sino que tenía esa edad cuando se casó, es decir, en el año 1983. |

: Está muy bien esta respuesta; Ana, no dice en esta respuesta su edad AHORA - no te olvides que "actually" significa "en realidad" ya que es una palabra engañosa con "actualmente" que significa "currently" or "AHORA" como dijiste - Mike :)

: This answer would be fine if you change the second part to: "her correct age being XX and not as it appears ... " - the subject preceding the predicate which, as I am sure you will agree upon reflection, sounds much more normal in English. - Mike :)
