As an alternative to 'sentenced to loss of' you could turn the sentence round - a loss of the right to something is also a disqualification from it.
Example sentence:
The petitioner shall be disqualified from benefits pursuant to RCW 50.20.050(1) beginning June 30, 1978, and until he has obtained work
