agree philgoddard : I would leave out "and non-disclosure" - it's just saying the same thing twice, as the Spanish does.

neutral Richard Garcia : Law often appears repetitive, but the words have fine distinctions. I would keep the second term, but would translate it "discretion."

Law never seems repetitive to me, "discretion" should never be used in this context. Thank you for your input Richard.
