Students must submit official copy of high school diploma in native language with translation in English. Minimum required grade point average is 2.3/4.0. All of the academic transcripts/grade reports and graduation certificates/diplomas/degree sheets should have the original stamp from the issuing authorities and should come in sealed envelopes.
Los estudiantes deben presentar copias oficiales de sus certificados de estudios de educación secundaria en el idioma materno con una traducción al inglés. Se debe tener como mínimo un promedio general (GPA) de 2.3/4.0. Todos los certificados de estudios/informes de calificaciones y certificados de graduación/ diplomas/notas detalladas deben contar con el sello original de las autoridades emisoras y deben enviarse en sobre sellado.

En este caso habla de que todos los documentos, certificados y diplomas deben estar sellados y firmados por la universidad. Decir hojas universitarias sería bastante raro, con decir documentos se entiende que todas las páginas de certificados, documentos y diplomas deben estar selladas y firmadas.

: 'Degree sheets' are not just any old random documents but rather what is often called nowadays 'Individual Degree Plans' (IDPs)---program outlines that delineate precisely what is (or was during any given academic year) required for a particular degree.

As mentioned in my agree to Kirsten's suggestion (of 'plan de estudios'), these degree sheets (or program descriptions) may be a more convenient way to access information on degree requirements than consulting current and previous catalogues.

Nowadays, at some colleges and universities in the US, the initials IDP (individual degree plan) may be the preferred term. In fact, some colleges have their IDPs in separate pdfs available for download, perhaps to enhance transparency and even facilitate discussions on articulation and the transfer of credits.
