The last napkin.... Estoy completamente de acuerdo con Miguel sobre el uso de "detalle" - el hecho de que mencionen "napkin" aquí es aleatorio - podría haber dicho hasta el último palillo igualmente, pero en español creo que basta con detalle, que es lo que significa.

Fit-out" in this context means to "completely finish/furnish" - I'm not sure if in Italian there is anything other than "completo".

You may have to do something like this:

...offers a full turnkey service for offices that provides all furnishings, lighting, electronic equipment.

The term "fit-out" (adjective/noun) probably derives from "outfit" (verb) which means "to fully stock" or "equipaggiare, attrezzare, corredare"
