This is the third consent form from a set of five. The clinical trial is being performed to determine the safety of gradual immunosuppression withdrawal.

I haven't put the full abbreviation as this may reveal who is performing the trial (the end client). I believe that the first part of the abbreviation stands for "Immune Tolerance Network" (can't be sure) and I think it is the number of the trial being performed (can't be sure). This is a heading at the top of the document and immediately followed by the title of the study (as shown above). So, in summary, I believe the abbreviation refers to the clinical trial number. Hope this helps a bit.
