Estoy traduciendo un exhorto de Argentina a EEUU y aparece la frase en cuestión de la siguiente manera: "líbrese nuevo exhorto diplomático en el domicilio denunciado en el escrito a despacho (address) a fin de que el testigo presente declaración testimonial en los mismos términos y apercibimientos que los dispuestos en el auto de apertura a prueba".

No need for inverted commas and, for a change, maybe indicate whether the case is civil and/or criminal.

West: auto de apertura a juicio: order to stand trial.
apertura a juicio oral/ (synonym) a prueba: commencement of trial; bringing the case to trial. -> Order of Committal to Stand Trial (?) 'Discuss'.
