I´m translating a public deed and I wanted to know if there is an equivalent phrase in English of the following:
"Se adjudican derechos y acciones equivalentes a una cuarta ava parte de dos sextas avas partes indivisas, en condominio y por partes iguales".

This is impossible to answer unless you give some more context. What kind of deed is it? What comes before and after this?

Without more context it is hard to understand, but quite often "acciones" means stocks, in in this case we are taking about the award of these two nouns into joint ownership, in equal parts, so it could be stock.
