Wondering how this would be worded in a UK lease agreement? Any help would be much appreciated.

En mi glosario anoté estos ejemplos Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all alterations, additions and improvements shall become the property of Landlord and shall remain on the Premises at the // easehold improvements generally revert to the ownership of the landlord upon termination of the lease, unless the tenant can remove them // all such improvements will stay with the building and thus will revert to Lessor. So, in effect, Lessee does not own such improvements: it uses them temporarily.

I like the idea of revert to but wonder how it can be worked into these sentences? E.g. Tales reparaciones quedarán en beneficio del inmueble y la parte arrendataria no podrá reclamar cantidad ni beneficio alguno a la parte arrendadora. Such repairs will revert to the property? Doesn't sound quite right to my ears ... but could be wrong...

neutral Andy Watkinson : "Revert" implies a change of ownership, but none takes place. It was never the property of the lessee in the first place.
