español term
quedar en beneficio de
español al inglés
Negocios/Finanzas
Derecho: contrato(s)
Lease agreement
Wondering how this would be worded in a UK lease agreement? Any help would be much appreciated.

Or to the property owner...
Note from asker:
I like the idea of revert to but wonder how it can be worked into these sentences? E.g. Such repairs will revert to the property? Doesn't sound quite right to my ears ... but could be wrong... |

: "Revert" implies a change of ownership, but none takes place. It was never the property of the lessee in the first place.
