Acerca de "know all men by these presents" Aunque algunos diccionarios, como el "Diccionario Jurídico Inglés-español, Español-inglés Aspen" de Steven M. Kaplan y el "Diccionario bilingüe de terminología jurídica Inglés-Español, Español-Inglés" de McGraw Hill todavía la utilizan, esta frase resulta completamente arcaica, insustancial e incluso sexista.

Una opción mucho más adecuada sería:

"This document sets forth..."

(set forth = hacer constar).
