payment of related third-party invoices
"suplidos" has several meanings.
In this particular context, I think "suplidos" means "related third-party invoices".
For example, when a law office prepares a public deed, an invoice from the Notary would be a "suplido", which is later passed to a client.
If they were willing to pay for such expenses, I'd put "reimbursable expenses", which would also refer to invoices from third parties, paid by the person and reimbursable by the company, but since they are not willing to pay for it... then we can't use "reimbursable", but it is the same concept.
