@Figueiredotrad Glutinous means gluey, sticky or viscous, it has nothing to do with hindquarters or "gluteos", if that was your thinking.

Agree with Carol It sounds horrible. If you google ""glutinous mess", you'll see it features in many bad restaurant reviews to describe unappetising food.

My initial thought was that plump hindquarters were a good quality in a pig, but the difference between Iberian pigs and other factory-farmed breeds is that they have a natural life running around dehesas eating acorns, so it makes sense that their active lifestyles are reflected in their trim figures.
