If this were marketing I might be tempted to turn it around to
good thinking, better living,
but as it isn't I don't think there's much else you can do with this. All the suggestions would work.

¿Que te parece ponerle la frase latina original desde la cual viene esta en español? Creo que es algo muy apto para una Universidad y la he visto usar varias veces en textos en inglés.

Just another variation on the theme. English slogans tend to be more sparse and assume the reader can make the necessary connections.
