This is from the description of an architectural project for an emblematic building, I know they mean that it is all on the one floor, but I would like to come up with something more snazzy in keeping with the building and the text which reads " La edificación se dispone en un largo desarrollo en planta que permite percibir las dimensiones importantes de la construcción, tanto desde las calles como desde la vecina Cancillería". Any ideas would be much appreciated.

A bit wordy, but this is how I would put it.
Buildings are often described as being laid out over a single floor or two floors, etc. and I think extensive is better than long in such a description.
