If the organizer steps back from the booking, the arranged agency fee will be calculated. In the event of illness, incapacity, appropriate union restrictions or strikes, or any other event beyond the control of the Artist, including but not limited to the failure of transportation, the Artist shall not be required to perform the scheduled Engagement(s) and in that event the Artist shall not be liable in any way for any loss of whatsoever kind of nature as suffered by the promoter.
