Hi Jack, they´re talking about the distribution of the benefits of a company after capitalization. I think it is 'provision' as in 'section' or 'term' of a regulation, but I´m not sure, that´s what I´m trying to find out. It could also mean something like 'make sure there is enough money for all the members', I don´t know. Thanks for your interest.

Could you provide the previous sentence? It seems they are talking about providing a benefit to an employee(s)- for example, maybe a bonus - and they could make the 'provision' of the benefit either through stock or cash.
