To set up all IT software and hardware requirements including full connectivity and systems interaction.
To assist the Customer in developing service operation manuals and communication plan
To review the Customer’s and Client’s internal policies and procedures and adopt these within the Suppliers own procedures.
Exclusions
Maintenance in multi-tenanted buildings will exclude building fabric and plant & equipment, where such is the responsibility of the landlord.
