I'm trying to install SDL 2021 upgrade, for which I get an error message and installation is not finished.
There's an install log file which shows a lot of information I don't understand. I'm trying to copy it here but I'm not sure if you can see it. At the end it says: Process exited with code 1009.
Besides, I updated the license from 2019 to 2021, so now I can't use any version as 2019 license has been disabled.

Sorry, I can't help you with with your technical problems, but when you still have 2019 on your computer, you can use it. The new license only replaces the version, so you can't download 2019 anymore.

never update your old version when a recent one is on its way. Usually, I always wait one year or more after the new version is released, only to avoid these setbacks. Also, I am not sure if that message "Process exited with code 1009" has something to do with SDL Trados Studio. Try to contact your vendor or the SDL Trados's team to help you. They should help in these matters.

Thank you all. I was able to install it in another PC. Not sure what's the problem anyway. I wrote to the Support, and they told me it may be Windows version, but both are Windows 10.
