Good morning,

I have an urgent issue.

I bought in 2011 a freelance licence of SDL Trados Studio 2009 that included Trados 2007.

I would like to desactivate it and uninstall it from my old computer to active and install it on my new computer. I gave it a try and when I wanted to uninstall the Trados Studio 2009 from my old computer I was not able to uninstall SDL Multiterm 2009 Word Integration because it seemed that another file had exclusive access to the ... I have an urgent issue.

I bought in 2011 a freelance licence of SDL Trados Studio 2009 that included Trados 2007.

I would like to desactivate it and uninstall it from my old computer to active and install it on my new computer. I gave it a try and when I wanted to uninstall the Trados Studio 2009 from my old computer I was not able to uninstall SDL Multiterm 2009 Word Integration because it seemed that another file had exclusive access to the file and I was not able to find it. I have Office 2010 on my computer and Windows 7 on both my old and new computers.

How can I solve this issue, please?

Even if I was not (and am still not) able to uninstall SDL Multiterm 2009 Word Integration, I removed everything from my old computer except SDL Multiterm 2009 Word Integration and I was not able to activate Studio 2009 on my new computer because the following message diplayed:

"The activation of the fulfillment is denied by the activation policy because fulfill count exceeded the seat count # 7290-5816 (Error code 50040)]. "

How can I solve this issue, please?

I would like to upgrade to Studio 2014 but, first I need to solve urgently these issues.

By the way, I contacted SDL last week and I have not received any answer yet.
