Natalia Pedrosa (X) Local time: 19:20 inglés al español + ... Makes me feel unprofessional | Jun 4, 2011 |
At the beginning I used to wake up and go straight to the computer, spending a couple of hours working with pyjamas (I do wear it, makes me feel safe). After a while, I have come to realise should my clients see me though a peephole it would look really ridiculous. Maybe it's just paranoia. ![](https://cfcdn.proz.com/images/bb/smiles/icon_wink.gif)
I might put the computer on as soon as I fall out of bed and fool around on the Internet for a while, but then I get into my "house" clothes (different from the "going out" ones) and set to work. That means at least I'm presentable if anyone comes to the door, or if I have to go downstairs to collect something from the postman.

Several clients call me at midnight(Japan time version). So I have to sit up. So I always put on sportswear... What's purpose of this question?
But then I have to get dressed to take my dogs out. They can only be patient for so long.
i don't really wear pajamas to sleep, but when working at home, I wear those flannel comfy pants, or sweats. In the summer, t shirt and shorts. I also like to take advantage of the fact that I don't have to get up, get dressed and put on makeup to go to work!

No pyjamas here. I work in comfortable (=old, faded, but clean and ironed) clothes. It helps me feel disciplined to "get showered and dressed" after the morning coffee and e-mail check. Footwear, like Simon, is slippers. Barefoot in summer.
