Satisfactory

I'd say this for UK English. It means ok, a pass, nothing more.

(There are various types of "pass" - high pass, etc., whereas "satisfactory is generally used on report cards etc to mean a pass and nothing more. Pass = "aprobado").

English

I think it means pass, as in pass or fail, rather than for example pass with merit, or pass with distinction
Example sentence:

English first year exam - pass

Pass

I would translate it simply as Pass; as others have mentioned this is what you'd say in British English.

These are the three main grades in British and Spanish Universities.

A=Distinction > SB = Sobresaliente
B=Merit > NT = Notable
C, D and E = Pass > AT = Apto
