I don't know what the English equivalent of this is and would greatly appreciate input on this. Many thanks.

En el contexto particular de las actividades regulatorias, en Colombia las drogas blancas son sustancias ocompuestos con actividad farmacológica, que no han sido procesados en el contexto farmacéutico y se comercializan en las farmacias con fines terapéuticos (p. ej. extracto de rosas o aceite de lavanda). A estos efectos se consideran pues medicamentos. Me arriesgaría a proponer como traducción crude drug.
