Rosa, me temo que no tengo mucho más contexto. El texto consta de esta frase y de otra que está relacionada con el funcionamiento del programa. El pago al que hace mención es el "pago del primer día de recaída AT/EP de un empleado" (AT/EP = accidente de trabajo /enfermedad profesional)
