The following is is the Colombian Code of Criminal Procedure:
Artículo 59.- (Prohibición de enajenar). El sindicado dentro del proceso penal no podrá enajenar ***bienes sujetos a registro*** durante el año siguiente contado a partir de su vinculación jurídica, a menos que esté garantizada la indemnización de perjuicios, o se hubiere producido pronunciamiento de fondo sobre su inocencia. El funcionario judicial emitirá orden perentoria al funcionario de registro para impedir la negociación.
