I've seen "exchange invoice" but I'm not sure that it fits this case.
Factura Cambiaria de Transporte (Art. 775 del Código de Comercio)
Es un título valor que el transportador podrá librar y entregar o enviar al remitente o cargador. No podrá librarse esta factura si no corresponde a un contrato de transporte efectivamente ejecutado. En el momento de la transacción, se entrega la copia al comprador, el original lo conservará el vendedor hasta tanto no se cancele la obligación (Art. 5º Decreto 1001 de 1997).
