This term is already well covered in the Kudoz 'Search Glossaries' section.
Common translations are Bachelor's degree, BA or something like them, but these are merely rough equivalents because BAs are normally only three or four year programmes. One must be particularly careful not to short-change Spanish students by translating as BA in their university transcripts.
