: This is the most likely, in the (tiny) context given in the Query. As Eski has already noted in Discussion, there are many other possibilities and we really should have more context on the source to suggest other terms, before the Asker uses this.

I think "en libro" is referring to the phenomenon when something is said in theory that looks totally opposite and works differently in practice, like in your sentence
