When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

No soy partidaria de traducirlo literalmente (inquietud/preocupación) porque no corresponde con la forma habitual de redactar estas comunicaciones formales en español.
Sería preferible transmitir la idea de forma natural, por ejemplo:
- "Sin embargo, si volvemos a recibir quejas de que se deja solo a xxxx, etc."
- "Sin embargo, si recibimos más avisos de que xxxx está solo, etc."
- "Sin embargo, si recibimos más quejas de que xxxx se queda solo, etc."

También me gusta la redacción "han dejado solo" propuesta por Abe(L):

En vez de “Sin embargo, si recibimos más preocupaciones de parte de…”, diría
“Sin embargo, si nos enteramos de que XXXX ha sido de nuevo dejado de lado (o solo, sin ayuda), un trabajador social de turno podría contactarle.”
