REVIEW OF RECORDS:
18.10.2011 Senior Physiotherapy report documenting, "right PFJ pain and ongoing ankle pain, referred for assessment and treatment of right knee, minimal reduction in knee ROM and left ankle ROM with some weakness around both joints, proprioception was reduced on the left and she had poor glutes activity on the right, palpation revealed tenderness on the left cuboid and a positive Clarke's test on the right, treated with a home exercise programme to improve proprioception, glutes activity and knee control, although her knee has predominately settled her left ankle is still causing some discomfort and swelling after walking, she had a course of ultrasound which unfortunately had no effect and I am unable to explain why this ongoing pain and tenderness over the cuboid and lateral cuneiform, if this is ongoing if may require an MRI, referral to orthopaedics".
