El delito del art. 510.1.b) CP (elaboración, tenencia y/o difusión de soportes aptos para incitar al odio, hostilidad, discriminación o violencia) tiene como objeto cualquier escrito o soporte, debiendo englobar a los de carácter audiovisual o electrónico. "Sembrar el odio" es una frase perfectamente aceptada en idioma español y válida como equivalente para " to hate-monger".
Si lo decomponemos en sus rasgos semánticos, monker tiene animado- negativo - diseminar/esparcir/difundir/propalar -voluntario.
Hay que encontrar un término que tenga esos rasgos.
