In cases of micro cracks of the spinal cord dura matter, the gel adhesive property secures prevention of liquorrhea, allows avoiding stitches to be put on the spinal cord dura matter, as well as it prevents development of ***hypotensive liquor syndrome**, which will favor early activation of the patients. The implantation zone is then closed by sewing the tissues layer after layer.
