I also received this email-this time moving with his wife to Malta but I just took no notice of it as I was very busy and, unfortunately, I never thought of writing here or checking here to warn others. I did check his profile page but when I saw he had created a profile page so soon before sending the email, I just ignored the email. I should have written here or checked with Support. Thanks for posting.

I went a step further and responded only to get the following reply:

Googled the telephoned number and is in Virginia, USA. The Dept of Real Estate in california says that the Licence ID stated for the corp. is valid and in fact there is an actual Christina Lynn Thomas broker in Carlsbad,CA, USA.

Anyway, i replied, he sent me a contract to sign, requesting the following of my details: name/surname, home address, email. Before returning the contract, i asked him to send me one week's salary in advance via Skrill or PayPal (so as to see whether he was the real deal) but he said he would send me a cheque with all included.
