Hi!
at 3-5 sentences short translation for quick edit. But certainly not good for specialized and professional long subjects. A good example we had to face was a thread making machine. The Stuttgart people sold a machine to our client and he went for a low cost translation and ended with a garbled totally unqualified thread making machine variant with a starter of a textile thread making, meant was a machine winding and threading. I can guess that, although technology has speeded up translation processes, at the same time translation activity has become much more demanded than ever. So... work is there to stay for a long time for us, translators / proofreaders / editors. Human ones
