During the working week and depending on circumstances such as customer contact, teaching etc.
But why has the Proz team posted this question with the word "today" on a Sunday when (presumably) many of us won't be working?
Have a good Sunday and enjoy the day off, if you can.

Like a hobo. But I can go out like this (I do, to the shop opposite or walking my dog), I am not naked - it is freezing here.

Always shorts and T-shirt.
But if I do go out, then I always dress up according to the weather.
Today is Sunday, I have no translation work to do, I have just finished my breakfast and I’m still not presentable, in 30 minutes I’ll be dressed ultra casually. I’ll be visiting my mother this afternoon and I’ll be warmly dressed…
Sunday + a bad cold = pajamas all day! | Jan 29, 2017 |
It's Sunday and I have a bad cold, so I'm still in my pajamas today. Usually it's casual or very casual (ie, casual and slippers).

It's 1 pm and I'm still not properly dressed. Got up to find the dog had wet the floor, which prompted a bout of general housecleaning and mopping, still in my pyjamas (t-shirt and yoga shorts)... I might not do any work today anyway, as it's Sunday.

Had to go and do some grocery shopping, therefore dressed casual. Otherwise it might have just been lounge wear or ultra casual as it's a Sunday. And no work today.

Mostly I work as an interpreter, so one of the possible drawbacks is relatively good business look.
However, they say "never outshine other parties", that's why somewhat casual.

Like a bundle of clothes being donated to the Red Cross. I'm an e-lancer, for crying out loud.
And I do go out of the house like this all the time, because my self-esteem wouldn't even fit in a wardrobe if I tried. (Maybe on a "floordrobe", but I'm surprisingly tidy for someone whose clothes budget is around €50 a year by choice.)
