Am I right in assuming this is an English rundown of how to translate words into English from any other language? Is it safe to assume that these courses are not just specifically for Spanish translators?

This means it is delivered in English but could be taken by any translator or interpreter who works in any language pair (but with sufficient knowledge of English to understand the session - i.e., you may or may not have English in your working pairs, but you must know English to understand the session).
