Please make sure you are logged in the website in order to see training registration information.

On the right upper corner you should see a Registration area with a "Purchase" button. You can register and pay later or click on a purchase button to proceed with payment. I see you have registered and paid for the webinar therefore I assume the error does not appear any more. If you see any other errors or experience problems accessing the training page please feel free to submit a support request at http://www.proz.com/support/

Also, please make sure that a link to the GTW platform to be used to join the session has been emailed to you before the session and your computer is set and ready for the webinar, http://www.proz.com/faq/39203#39203
