Post Budapest Conference Powwow at the Café Vian May 15, 2007

I want to thank all of you (and especially Helena for her generosity) for being at the Café Vian on May 1st 07! That was a sort of "extra" conference but more "private". Cheers to all of you. Philippe Carino and docnroll!

Yes, I had a great time there too May 16, 2007

Well, Philippe, I do not recall to have invited you to a drink there (for the generosity), but in fact it was a great powwow. The think I liked most was the friendly, funny and incredibly international atmosphere (for n improvisated powwow of 13, there were 11 nationalities!) I did learn a lot and met great prozians.
Thank you very much for this great powwow, Philippe!
Hope to meet you all soon again,
Helena

I agree with you, Sergei May 17, 2007

...and at last we found in Hungary a place with great service! (Seems to be rare, there, unfortunately)
Pribjet,
Helena

everything is relative :) May 17, 2007

It's true that we found a place with good service but the few days I stayed in Budapest I, personally, didn't have any problem with the service. But it depends on the time of the day and the place. I think I want about 4 times to restaurants in Liszt Ferenc ter and the service was good every time. Sorry Helena for the bad luck..but you shouldn't give up

Of course, Andreea... May 17, 2007

you are undoubtely right: Everything is relative!
Iam very happy to read that you found restaurants in Budapest with good service but for me (and I think for at least two other people) this was the exception.
However I enjoyed Budapest really, really very much!
All the best for you,
Helena
