A very rough translation, but this is the idea and perhaps others can chip in to clean up:
The feeling (sensation that I had) of the victory in Italy was rare (incredible); on the two other previous occasions that I won, I came out of the last rounds, more or less having control over my competitors. This time, I had five (5) more hits (strokes) and with nine (9) holes remaining, I was worse off by 7 strokes (a disadvantage of -7).
